Returns & Exchanges Policy

At August B Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit in the form of a gift card or assist with an exchange.

Here’s how it works:

• Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only — no refunds will be issued.
• Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or begin processing your exchange.

Please note:
Store credit will not be issued until we have received and approved your return.
